Tuition Station has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for any content or behaviour that puts children at risk. These standards apply to every student, teacher, institute and staff member.
How we protect children
- Children under 13 can join classes only after a parent approves the account by email.
- Every teacher is reviewed and approved by the owner before they can open a class.
- Classes happen only inside the app. The app has no private one-to-one calls between a teacher and a child outside a class.
- The owner and safety staff can join any class to check it, and everyone in the class sees when they do.
- Chat is for study only and can be reviewed by safety staff.
- Recordings stay inside the app and can't be downloaded or shared.
Reporting
- Every chat message and every class has a Report button.
- Reports go straight to the owner and moderators. Serious reports lead to an immediate block.
- Parents and anyone else can also report by emailing support@zohaiblabs.com.
What we do
- We remove harmful content and block the accounts involved.
- Where we find child sexual abuse material or a child at risk, we report it to the relevant authorities in Pakistan or the user's country, and to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable.
- We keep the information needed to support any investigation.
