Delete it yourself
- Sign in on the website, Android app or Windows app.
- Open More, then Delete my account.
- Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.
Can't sign in?
Email support@zohaiblabs.com from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it. We reply within one working day and delete it within 7 days.
What gets deleted
Your profile, subjects, class history, chat messages, recordings and devices. Payment records are kept as required for tax and accounting, then deleted.
